• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the trip: 90% refund of the total amount

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip: No refund.

Weather Conditions & Operator Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. Tours may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to unsafe weather or operational issues.

If the operator cancels the trip due to weather or any internal reason, guests are entitled to a free rescheduling or 100% refund of the total amount paid.

If guests decide not to participate while the operator confirms that conditions are safe and the tour is running, this is treated as a guest cancellation.
